Antonio Rudiger Will Leave Chelsea At The End Of The Season, According To Thomas Tuchel

Thomas Tuchel has said that Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger will leave when his contract runs out at the end of this season. In the past, Tuchel had tried to get Rudiger to stay at Stamford Bridge, but the defender has decided to end his five-year stay at the club.

It was hard for Chelsea to keep Rudiger because the British government put restrictions on Roman Abramovich, the owner of Chelsea. One of the restrictions was that existing players could not sign new contracts.

The Blues have made a contract offer to Rudiger before the sanctions. The deal never went through because a request was said to have been made for many signing-on and agent fees.

The 29-year-old, who moved to west London from Roma in 2017, is interested in moving to Real Madrid. Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in giving him a big deal as a free agent.

“Toni, the media is all over it. It’s a big deal.” He wants to leave the club. Afterward, Tuchel said that he had told him about this in private.

“We did everything we could, but we couldn’t fight anymore because of the way we did things.” Because of the sanctions, though, we can’t do much more. We don’t care about it. It’s up to him.

Rudiger had become an essential part of Tuchel’s defense, thanks to his leadership and heartfelt displays that made him a fan favorite.

This is how it went: He didn’t play in West Ham’s victory but was in the stands to watch.

It will be a significant loss for a team that won the Champions League and Club World Cup due to Rudiger’s strong performances.

“He is important and will be important until the end of the season.” But it isn’t good. ‘We’ll miss him a lot,’ Tuchel told us.

In the dressing room, he gives people the courage they need. One everyone is afraid of, but that can play 50-55 games at a high level.

“He has been one of the best defenders for me in the last one and a half years. I like him.” We then need to come up with another way to do this.
