Limgrave Story Order: How to Beat Elden Ring
Your Elden Ring adventure begins in Limgrave. Let’s take a look at this section of the game.
- Start at the Stranded Graveyard.
- Head over to the Church of Elleh from the Stranded Graveyard.
- There activate the Site of Grace
- Go to the Gate front from the Church of Ellen.
- After activating the Site of Grace in the Gate front, Melina will be present during a cutscene.
- This interaction is when you’ll first see the Torrent of your horse.
- After the interaction, return to the Church of Ellen.
- You will find Ranni and the Witch.
- From here, return to Gate front and continue towards the Castleward Tunnel.
- You will now face your first boss fight, Margit The Fell Omen.
- After beating Margit, you can head to Stormveil Castle.
- You cannot enter via the main entrance, so you must navigate through the cliff walls to reach the castle.
- Continue until you reach the Private Cell.
- You will be fighting Godrick, the Grafted.
- You will then be able to watch another scene with Melina.
- After this, you will be able to conceive at the Table Lost Grace (Roundtable hold).
- After talking to all NPCs, return Godrick the Grafted’s spawn location.
Liurnia & Altus Plateau Story Order – How to Beat Elden Ring
- Head south from the Godrick the Grafted location until you reach the South Raya Lucaria Gate.
- To find the Flintstone key, look for the corpse to your left.
- To open to seal the South Raya Lucaria Gate, you will need the key.
- Open the seal by taking the key.
- Turn left at the door to reach the Main Academy Gate.
- Once you arrive, you have two options: Continue on the Main Academy Path or return to the castle to access its contents.
- If you choose to go with the former, proceed in an anticlockwise direction into the castle, eventually arriving at the Raya Lucaria Grand Library.
- Once you have finished the boss fight, go out to the Main Academy Gate.
- After you have passed the gate, continue on the bridge towards the Grand Lift Of Decius.
- This will allow you to reach Altus Plateau.
- Two halves of the Dectus Medallion are required for the lift.
- You will need to visit Fort Faroth or Fort Haight, in Dragonbarrow or Mistwood.
- After that, you can continue your journey to the Altus Highway Junction.
- You can then go east to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree.
- You can then go to the Outer Wall Battleground from here.
- You can move from this area to the Capital Rampart. You will need to take on a boss.
Lyndell, Royal Capital Story Order-How to Beat Elden Ring
- Next, go to the East Capital Rampart.
- To defeat the Omen King boss, you can go to the Elden Trine. This will unlock the lift to the Mountaintops of the Giants.
- Make sure you unlock the Lyndell Capital of Ash Teleportal on your way.
- Before you reach Elden Throne, a boss will greet you at the Erdtree Sanctuary.
- You can then go to the Queen’s Bedchamber.
- After that, you can go to Elden Throne.
- After beating the boss, activate the lift to access Forbidden Lands.
Mountaintops of Giants
- After clearing Forbidden Lands, head towards the Grand Lift of Rold.
- To access the lift, use the Medallion provided by Melina.
- Then, continue north and move clockwise, heading towards Foot of the Forge.
- You can continue down from here to fight another boss.
- After the boss fight, you can go to the Forge of the Giants.

Forum Azula
- Forum Azula is where you’ll find the Dragon Temple Altar, which has the most challenging boss fight in the game.
- You can complete Farum Azula by defeating all bosses.
- Once you’re done, return to Lyndell Royal Capital.
- To face the bosses at the end of the game, go to Elden Throne.
