Promote Youth Entrepreneurship Naveen Patnaik Launches

To promote youth entrepreneurship, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launches “Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0” on Friday.

It attempts to identify grassroots innovators, women business owners, and youth entrepreneurs.

Over 60 days, the Yatra will visit more than 100 educational institutions across 30 districts.

The Chief Minister announced the event’s launch. They said it would expose young brains to business opportunities. And also foster a culture of idea creation among young people.

According to CM Patnaik, Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0 would be essential in advancing creative ideas. “The state has a target of 5000 startups by 2025,” he stated.

There are now 1300 recognized startups operating in the state, supporting 10,000 jobs. Women entrepreneurs are in charge of 40% of startups.

Bootcamps will be held throughout the Yatra at different institutions around the State to promote idea generation and foster the entrepreneurial spirit.

The concepts were presented during Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0 van campaigns. And boot camps will act as a catalyst in discovering ideas. And innovators around the state since Odisha is the epicenter of gifted and creative minds.
