party’s turn to tell the candidate for Goa.
AAP national chairman and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal will announce the AAP’s CM
nominee for Goa in a press event in Panaji this morning.
Kejriwal has held a door-to-door election on the Sunday of Cortalim village in Goa that is
set to vote in February.
As part of the campaign, Kejriwal and other members of the party were seen talking to
people who live in Cortalim.
The pamphlets were handed out to Cortalim voters throughout the election.
The battle for Goa is heating up in the lead-up to the Assembly elections in 2022.
Goa’s Chief of the State, Pramod Sawant, has declared that the BJP will form a majority
government with 22 seats across Goa’s Union Territory.
According to ANI, CM Sawant said, “For the first time that the BJP is running on the forty
seats of Goa.
We are confident it will be the case that BJP will be a majority government.
The goal is to win at least 22 seats in Goa’s state. “He further stated, “The BJP has been in
the government for the last ten years.
I was in the position of the chief minister over the past three years.
Through the years, we have launched various development projects across Goa, and the
citizens of Goa are content.
They are eager to again vote for us and to bring us back to power.”
Goa will be going to the Assembly voting on the 14th of February. Voting will begin at the
end of March.
