Capcom is preparing an announcement
A mysterious page for countdowns was revealed the night before. On the page, you will see the words “Countdown” show up before the actual countdown begins.
When this article was written, the countdown was currently 6 days and 11 hours, which means the announcement will occur on Sunday. The left side of time is an electronic clock, whereas the right side is an analogue.
There’s been no official announcement from Capcom regarding what the announcement might be. However, it may be an official Street Fighter 6 reveal.
The game was released during the data breach mentioned earlier, and Capcom Cup is scheduled to end on the same day. Capcom Cup will end that same date when the countdown begins. It could confirm the speculation of a Resident Evil 4 remake.
In the last week, information was made public regarding the game’s development and how Capcom is working to differentiate it from the first. It could be an accident, but it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the game being officially revealed by Capcom on Sunday.
We’ll find the announcement when the countdown is over around 10:00 p.m. PST on the 20th of February.
