Chris Chan began his career in the 2000s and is most known for developing the Sonichu comic book. She didn’t talk until he was seven years old and went to James Madison University for speech treatment, where he was diagnosed with High-functioning Autism.
Chris became a lover of Sonic the Hedgehog and Pokémon early and even won the Sonic the Hedgehog Sweepstakes event. As for his schooling, he attended Greene County Primary School and Nathaniel Greene Elementary School, but he was tormented severely by his teacher and principal, so he quit.
Chris began his education in 1993 at Province Middle School and Manchester High School. In 2000, he graduated from high school. He enrolled at Piedmont Virginia Community College, where he was suspended for soliciting, before graduating in 2006 with a degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design.
On March 17, 2000, Chris invented the Sonichu character, combining Sonic and Pikachu qualities. The first Sonichu comic was produced on March 24, 2005, but it gained notoriety in 2007 after Encyclopedia Dramatica published a page ridiculing Chris.
Christian & the Hedgehog Boys (2003) and Christian & the Hedgehog Boys COMEBACK! were his following two albums (2009). He established his YouTube channel “Sonichu” on May 8, 2007. However, it was removed on September 11, 2007.
He then created a new channel named “CChan6789” on September 18, 2008, but it was abandoned on March 30, 2009. Finally, Chris started a new Youtube channel called “CChanSonichu” on April 9, 2009, and it was hacked on June 5, 2009.
He could reclaim the account, but the channel was shut down after Chris uploaded three offensive videos. He also started other Youtube channels, including IBAChandler, ChristianWChandler, CwcvilleGuardian, ClydeGreggCashMays, Christine Chandler, and CwcvilleGuardian, among others (2013).
