Dyson V11 Absolute Pro Swappable Battery Model Launched, Doubles Runtime

Dyson V11 Absolute Pro with interchangeable battery model was launched in India, an update over the regular model which was launched in 2019 and does not have the click battery pack feature. With the additional battery, users will get up to an additional 60 minutes of runtime, bringing the total to 120 minutes when the included interchangeable battery pack is included. There are no other significant differences between the models. In addition, the company has announced trade-in offers on the new models, as well as other offers, in addition to a reduced price on the original model.

Dyson has set the price V11 Absolute Pro (nickel / blue) with interchangeable battery at Rs. 52,900. Furthermore, it is offered with an exchange value of Rs. 500 and Rs. 5,500 exchange bonus, along with a free floor dock worth Rs. 9,900. The Dyson V11 Absolute Pro (Gold) with interchangeable battery has been at Rs. 59,900 and this is also offered at Rs. 500 exchange value and Rs. 5,500 exchange bonus. A free swappable battery worth Rs. 6,900 will be included with the Gold model for a limited time; otherwise only one battery will be shipped inside the box.

The original model, the V11 Absolute Pro (nickel / blue) no swappable battery is now priced at Rs. 44,910 (down from its launch price of Rs. 52,900) and is offered at Rs. 500 as exchange value and Rs. 2500 as a trade bonus. All three models are available through the Dyson website and retail outlets, and will head to Amazon, Flipkart, and select Croma stores. It appears that the Gold variant of the original Dyson V11 Absolute Pro model has been discontinued. The company says that customers in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad can take advantage of trade-in deals against functional vacuum cleaners of any brand.

As mentioned, the new interchangeable battery model is almost identical to the original V11 Absolute Pro model, with the exception of the click battery system. It features a 125,000 RPM Hyperdymium motor, optimized to reduce turbulence and noise, while the 14 onboard ‘cyclones’ generate 79,000 grams of force to dump dirt into the bin. It also has a sealed filtration system that is said to capture 99.7 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns.

The company’s Dynamic Load Sensor system analyzes the difference between hardwood and carpets so the vacuum can adjust its suction capacity based on the surface. The LCD system installed in the cordless vacuum can be used to switch between performance modes and displays the remaining operating time.
