In an Instagram video, Makhija shared some nutritional tips that can help.

* It is important to have two or three liters of water so that your brain knows that it does not need to store water.

* Eat water-rich foods and vegetables to increase hydration levels.

* Reduce diuretics such as tea and coffee, energy drinks, and alcohol, as they increase bloating.

* Add parsley to your diet because it tells your kidneys to filter waste or toxins from the body. It can be consumed in the form of salads or soups not only to add flavor but also to eliminate excess fluids.

But is there a remedy that has the maximum benefits?

“Combine all of these together in a magical vegetable juice,” said Makhija.

1 – Cucumber, medium
1-2 stems – Celery
1 – Tomato, medium
Small bunch – Parsley

Method

Wash the vegetables.
Cut them up and mix them up.
