Ferdinand Marcos (father) and Imelda Marcos (mother) are her parents (mother).
Between December 1965 and February 1986, both parents ruled the Philippines under authoritarian rule.
Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. and Irene Marcos-Araneta are her biological siblings, while Aimee Marcos is her adoptive sister.
She and her siblings were raised at the Malacanan Palace, the official presidential palace.
She attended Saint Pedro Poveda College from kindergarten through fourth grade, previously known as the Institution Teresiana.

She is the eldest child of former President Ferdinand Marcos and former First Lady Imelda Marcos.
Her parent ruled the Philippines autocratically from December 1965 to February 1986.
Marcos was born and raised in the Malacaan Palace, the president’s official residence. In 1965, she turned ten years old when her father was elected president.
However, in a 1999 interview with her family’s Filipinas Magazine, she admitted that she didn’t like living in the palace because it was too confining, formal, and fixed.
“Not necessarily the most appropriate place to raise a child,” she added, “but it was quite nice.”
Marcos claimed that she attended “regular” schools in Manila while living at the palace. But that she had to stop because the First Family found it difficult to leave due to protest rallies outside Malacaang.
The rallies with military assaults resulted in the deaths of numerous Filipinos. But unfortunately, that incident was held to protest her family’s deadly conjugal dictatorship, which lasted more than two decades.
