These items with curses generally tend to have positive effects and a negative impact afterward as you progress. For example, the Music Box is one of the items cursed by luck to find ghosts.

How do I Make Use of Music Box in Phasmophobia?
The Music Box can be utilized to identify the precise whereabouts of ghosts within Phasmophobia.
When you turn on the music box, the ghost will begin to sing along with the song performing with a few risks.
The risk is that if you drop the music box or if the ghost gets into the container, a cursed hunt is activated.
The hunt can also be activated if a ghost is seen walking toward it for longer than five minutes.
The best way to ensure that you do not start a cursed hunt would be to set your music player on the ground.

Asylum
- If you come in through at the entrance to your hotel, you’ll see a music console within the Lobby.
- After entering the Asylum, turn to the left and look for a right-facing wall before you turn around from the corner.
- Follow the straight road through the Asylum until you come across an unfinished wall. You will find the box.
- There is a box inside the dentist’s office to the right side of the reception.
- Another box is in the office of number 3.
Bleasdale Farmhouse
- Go to the first floor, and then look to the north part of your living space.
- There is a wall to the office west at the top of the floor.
- To the right of the door that leads into the bath.
- The girl’s bedroom is at the top of the stairs.
- The boy’s room is located on the upper floor.
- Another one is just on the opposite side of the room for the boy just to the right of the door.
- Visit the attic, an unopened box located in the northeastern portion.
Maple Lodge Campsite
- It is located near a large storage tent on the left.
- Bathrooms for women are located in the west-north direction.
- There’s an instrument near campfires to the north of Phasmophobia.
- Locate a music box in an orange tent toward the middle.
- You will find an instrument outside the cabin near the parking area.
Brownstone High School
- A music box is situated at the far East end in the Lobby.
- Another box is located within classroom 5.
- To the left of the main corridor, before you reach the cafeteria.
- The box can be found by climbing up the landing between two floors instead of traversing the main corridor of Phasmophobia.
Edgefield Street House
- The first floor is accessed with the wall that runs to the North of the Living Room.
- The garage is located east of it at the top of the stairs.
- On the left side of the second level, as you leave the staircase.
- Nord from the Orange bedroom, which is located on the right.
- You will find the box between the two doors to the master bedroom.
Grafton Farmhouse
- You will find a musical box located in the middle of the living area in The Farmhouse located in Phasmophobia.
- The middle-east area is of the room behind the stairs leading to the foyer.
- The right-hand side of the window is within the workshops.
- It is located to the left of the staircase on the 2nd floor.
- There is another in a bedroom to the right side of the stairs near a window in the south direction.
- There is a window to the left of the staircase in a nursery.

Prison
- You will find an audio device the moment you step through the prison’s door.
- In the visitation entrance, that is the second door to the left.
- If you turn left upon entering the door, you might discover the box just a few feet away.
- If you turn to the right to the right, you will see the box once you walk through the first door on the right side of the hallway for admin.
Tanglewood Street House
- Once you have entered the home, you should turn left and walk towards the bathroom to discover a music player in Phasmophobia.
- In a nursery in toward the direction of south.
- It is situated in a master bedroom in the nursery to the north.
- Take a walk through the hallway, and then turn right to locate a kitchen. And a small box that is the space between the wall that faces west.
- There is a final spawning location of an instrument in the home’s garage located in a southwest direction.
Willow Street House
- The entrance is left to the left to the inside of Willow Street House.
- Go north from the kitchen toward the windows in the hall.
- Take a left exit from the kitchen, and you will find another music box to the southwest.
- Go towards the kitchen and take a left to see the music player to the right of the garage wall.
- Between two doors of the basement hallway, in the north direction.
Ridgeview Road House
- The music box to the left of the entrance is on the right-hand side wall just before you go up the steps.
- Go beyond the hallway on the first floor, and you will find another music box at the east-west in the garage.
- Another box is located in the girl’s bedroom found on the 2nd floor, to the left.
- Go up the stairs from the basement kitchen, and then look for an empty box.
- In the boy’s bedroom adjacent to the girl’s bedroom at the top of the stairs.
