Old Whiskey, a tennis instructor, taught Williams the game. He decided his future daughters would become professional tennis players after seeing Virginia Ruzici play on television.
Williams also claims to have created an 85-page training program for his daughters Serena and Venus. Additionally, their training had started even when they were four years old.
Additionally, Williams brought them to a public tennis court.
He soon entered them in tennis competitions in Shreveport.
Williams, though, opted to teach his daughters personally in 1995, pulling them out of the tennis coaching program.
Serena won the US Open in 1999 due to his diligent work. Venus also won the 2000 Wimbledon Championship.
