4.4 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Kathmandu.
An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck northwest Kathmandu in Nepal on Wednesday, according to the National Center for Seismology.
The earthquake took place around 10:24 p.m. in Nepal (local time), 94 km northwest of Kathmandu, the EMSC tweeted.
No loss of life has been reported yet, more details are expected.
On the other hand, an earthquake of magnitude 5.3 on the Richter scale shook Nepal on Wednesday morning (local time) according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC). The earthquake took place around 5:30 am Nepal (local time), 113 KM northwest of Kathmandu.
