More than 22 people are still missing after a fireworks factory exploded in Yerevan, Armenia, according to a report from the emergency services ministry on Monday. Seven dead have been found at the scene.

The emergency ministry posted a video of a burning mess of debris and bent metal. Along with authorities, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the area, according to the ministry.
The officials have ruled out terrorism, but it is still unclear what caused the explosion.
Emergency minister Armen Pambukchyan was reported by Armenpress news agency as stating, “Looking at the film of the time of the bomb, it becomes evident that there can be no mention of a terrorist attack, since first there is some fire, smoke rises, and then an explosion.”
