Ayoka averaged 24.9 points, 16.4 rebounds, 4.1 blocks in her junior year, 26.6 points, 15.7 rebounds, and 5.5 blocks in her final year. She averaged 24.6 points, 13.8 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks in her sophomore season.

Due to an injury, she could not play against her first-year students throughout her collegiate tenure. As a result, she was a redshirt freshman in the 2019-2020 season and appeared in many states.

She competed against various teams, including Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, West Virginia, Baylor, Oral Roberts, Arkansas, Oregon, Memphis, and others. She appeared in and started 25 games as a sophomore in 2020-21.

In 2020-21, she was the first NCAA Division I player to shoot 60.0 percent from the floor and 80.0 percent from the free-throw line. Iowa State, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Sooner, Omaha, South Dakota, Texas Tech, and others are the teams she has faced.
