BJP state chief will launch Democratic Telangana rally from August 9.
With the aim of achieving “democratic Telangana”, the chairman of the BJP state unit and deputy from Karimnagar, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, announced on Sunday that he would embark on a padyatra (walking march) from Hyderabad on August 9.
The first phase of the yatra covering around 750 km and spanning 55 days would start from Hyderabad on August 9 and conclude in Huzurabad city on October 2, Kumar said while addressing the Telangana executive meeting. BJP.

He said the yatra aims to raise awareness among the public about the alleged failures of the TRS ruling government and expose the alleged corrupt practices of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, his cabinet colleagues, and the ruling party’s MLAs.
During the yatra, he said, the public would be explained about the various welfare and development programs that the central government is implementing. He would also explain to people about BJP’s vision if he comes to power in the state, he said.
