How to do it
* Sit cross-legged, put your hands on your knees and close your eyes.
* Keep the right thumb on the right nostril and close it. Inhale deeply through your left nostril for a count of four.
* Now close the left nostril with the right ring finger and hold your breath for two seconds. In this step, you are holding your breath with both nostrils closed.
* Now remove your right thumb from your right nostril and breathe out deeply through your right nostril.
* Now inhale through the right nostril for a count of four while continuing to hold the ring finger in the left nostril and then close both nostrils for two seconds and exhale deeply with the left nostril.
* Repeat this process for five minutes.
* Focus on your breathing as you do so.
