Genshin Impact Serenitea Pot Maintenance: Genshin Impact‘s Serenitea Pot lets players build their own homes inside a pocket dimension inside a teapot that the player has in their inventory.
Gamers can make a small world, put furniture and decorations, and even build whole structures inside the teapot. Now, Genshin Impact has announced that the Serenitea Pot’s item placement function will be down for a while.
The Serenitea Pot has well-received, but some players are still very aware of its flaws and occasional bugs. Many gamers have had problems with how items place, for better or worse. With this in mind, it might not surprise that the system is getting some work done.
In a blog post on HoYoLAB, miHoYo said that the Serenitea Pot’s placement menu would update as soon as Genshin Impact Version 2.6 comes out on March 30, 2022. When the game is down for maintenance, players won’t be able to get to the placement menu.
It looks like they can still get into the Serenitea Pot during this time. If you want to explore the new content while the placement menu is down, you’ll first have to do some work.
People who play miHoYo are not sure how long the maintenance period will last, but they will get an in-game message and a message from miHoYo on social media when it’s done. It looks like players who reach Adventure Rank 5 and above before March 30, 2022, at 06:00 (UTC+8), will be able to get compensation.
It says that even if you haven’t yet unlocked the Serenitea Pot, you can still get the Realm Currency. For not being able to place things for a while, you’ll get 300 Primogems and 5000 Realm Coins. As a result, you must get this money back before the end of Version 2.6, or it will go. It will just show up when the teapot unlocked.
At this point, it’s not clear what caused the Serenitea Pot placement menu to change. However, some fans on Reddit think they know why the game has stopped.
It’s possible to put one item inside of another, which can make some very interesting builds. It can also make seamless joints and farming plots that are easy to get to. In this case, Reddit user emm emm fears that miHoYo plans to fix the clipping bug in the Serenitea Pot.
