Haryana extends restrictions on Covid-19

Haryana government announced on Wednesday the extension of COVID-19 limitations in

Haryana until 10 February.

“The COVID guidelines released through government orders on January 5, 10, 13 and 18

have been extended till February 10”, according to the Haryana State Disaster Management

Authority (HSDMA) announcement in January.

Following the new order that the government issued, it has permitted markets and malls to

stay open until 7 p.m., contrary to earlier 6 pm.

Following the earlier HSDMA order, cinema halls, theatres, and theatres will be closed, and

all sports facilities including swimming pools, gyms and swimming pools.

As per Wednesday’s announcement, the state has logged the number of COVID-related

cases bringing the total number of cases in the process to 39,565.

Haryana government has decided to reopen schools.

Haryana administration has just decided to resume schooling with classes from 10-12 years

old on the 1st of February.
