Katrina’s diagnosis came a day after rumored actor Vicky Kaushal’s boyfriend shared that he had tested positive for the coronavirus. In addition to Vicky, her Mr. Lele co-star Bhumi Pednekar has also contracted the virus. Both actors went to the respective social networks to inform fans about their health.

“Despite all the care and precautions, I have unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19. Following all essential protocols, I am in home quarantine, taking the medications prescribed by my doctor. I ask everyone who contacted me to get tested immediately. Take care of yourself and stay safe, ”Vicky wrote in an Instagram post.

On the work front, Katrina Kaif filmed for Excel Entertainment’s Phone Bhoot earlier this year. The horror-comedy also stars Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Katrina is slated to film the third installment in the hit Tiger franchise in the future. Co-starring superstar Salman Khan, the YRF-backed film will be directed by Maneesh Sharma.
