A big problem can happen if the player is doing something that makes it hard for them to move. The invader might even use a merchant’s horse to protect his body if that’s what he does.
Somebody named DQC- posted a video on Reddit that showed how they chased a person who had broken into their home in Elden Ring.
They chase them into a church in Limgrave, and then they fight them until they get to the church. A smart move by the invader as the player gets closer is both a good idea and a bad one.
It happens as DQC- comes down on their opponent. When the invader reaches Merchant Kale, they start to use their horse as a shield. Sometimes, DQC- is very careful not to hit the horse with his stick.
When DQC- finally goes for the kill, they hit Merchant Kale’s horse by accident when they don’t mean to. This is how the clip ends: The Elden Ring merchant gets angry with the player as the invader claims a moral victory that is not very good.
Some people said that DQC- should not have chased after the intruder because they didn’t want to get hurt. This is a tactic from older Dark Souls games, they say. CQC- should not have taken the bait.
People have been making fun of the fact that it’s “dung-eater material.” Some people made fun of their games because they had already killed all the NPCs they could find. On the other hand, others make fun of the invader’s “maidens behavior.”
