Mosque loudspeakers would be donated to schools: Yogi Adityanath

On Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that loudspeakers at mosques in Uttar Pradesh have been turned down or removed. The uninstalled public address systems have been given to schools and hospitals.

According to the chief minister, there were no disturbances in the BJP-ruled state during or after the recent assembly elections.

Yogi Adityanath remarked, virtually addressing a media summit organized by RSS-linked weeklies ‘Panchjanya’ and ‘Organiser.’

“After the polls, there were riots in various states. There were no riots in Uttar Pradesh during or after the elections. Ram Navami was widely observed after the establishment of the government. The Hanuman Jayanti ceremonies went off without a hitch. This is the same UP where riots erupted over minor problems in the past, “he remarked.

“You must have noticed for the first time that Eid namaz was not held on the highways. You may have noticed that the level of the mosque loudspeaker has been reduced or that the loudspeaker has been removed entirely. These loudspeakers are now being given for use in schools and hospitals “According to Yogi Adityanath.

He mentioned many actions made by the administration to deal with the problem of stray cattle in the state.

“When our administration took control in the state, all unlawful slaughterhouses were shut down. Then there were stray livestock wandering the roads and fields. They were previously transported into unlicensed slaughterhouses. We built up around 5,600 stray cow shelters to address this difficulty “he remarked.

Adityanath stated a new mechanism is being built up to make CNG from cow dung, which would purchase from people for Re 1 per kilogram. All essential precautions will be taken to safeguard cows.

He also mentioned the big Ram temple under construction in Ayodhya and the restored Kashi Vishwanath temple complex.

He added that the government is building a pilgrimage site in every assembly seat in the state.

He also discussed Uttar Pradesh’s economic development under the “twin engine” administration, which governs both the state and the country.
