Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife had recently filed for divorce along with sole custody of her children, Yanni and Shora. The couple had a hard time, but it seems that things are not going to improve. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s lawyer recently said that Aaliya received legal notice for defamation and slander of character. Aaliya had claimed that Nawazuddin is an indifferent father and is not supporting them financially due to the crisis.
However, Nawazuddin’s attorney, Adnan, says he had sent the defamation notice within 15 days of his divorce request. All of his statements have been denied by Nawazuddin’s lawyer, who said that Nawaz is still paying all the EMI and that he is paying all the expenses of the children. According to them, Aaliya has declared contrary facts to tip the balance in his favor, hence the case of slander.
Nawazuddin is currently in her hometown of Budhana, while her children stay with Aaliya in Mumbai.
