Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said that the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) had arrested BJP leader Divya Hagargi and four other people in connection with the Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) recruitment scam from Pune last night. They were arrested in connection with the scam.
Karnataka’s CID says that Divya was caught in a hideout in the city of Pune in the state of Maharashtra.

Araga Jnanendra, the Karnataka Home Minister, said that the Karnataka CID arrested five people.
It includes the main suspect, Divya Hagaragi, from Pune last night for the PSI recruitment scam. Hagaragi is the main suspect.
As many people as possible have been arrested in this case. The BJP leader is now the 18th person. The police had already taken Rajesh Hagargi, Divya’s husband, into custody.
