Rajnath Singh has paid tribute to the man who inspired him at Gandhi’s statue in Hawaii.
For a short time, Mr. Singh has been in Honolulu. He is visiting the headquarters of the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), a unified combatant command of the United States Armed Forces in charge of the important Indo-Pacific region—arrived on Wednesday in Honolulu.

People in Honolulu, Hawaii, paid respects to Pujya Bapu at his statue there, Rajnath Singh tweeted on Thursday. He shared a picture of that.
The USINDOPACOM and Indian military have a lot of different things in common, like a lot of military exercises, training events, and exchanges.
To attend the first Indian-US “2+2” Ministerial Dialogue under the Biden administration, Rajnath Singh and S Jaishankar flew to the US on Sunday.
The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, and the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, were at the meeting.
India and the US have a lot of military ties. Before the 2+2 Dialogue, Rajnath Singh met with Secretary Austin and talked about them. They agreed to step up military-to-military ties.
They also went to a meeting between US President Joe Biden and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that was done through a video.
