Indian legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was undoubtedly among the best players to have graced the sport.

Tendulkar quit international cricket with more than 30,000 runs, and it’s unlikely any cricketer could surpass his records shortly.

The Mumbai master was nevertheless asked to choose the best footballer of the moment among Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

In a recent interview with American journalist Graham Bensinger, the former India captain was asked to select between two great footballers during an instant round.

Tendulkar picked his fellow PSG striker Messi because he has more with Messi Argentine than Portugal captain.

“Messi is more of my type,” Tendulkar said to Bensinger’s query.

The journalist then inquired which cricketer was better, Tendulkar or Virat Kohli, and his response was, “How about having both of us in one team!”
