Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G video promotion leaked online and supposedly shows the flip phone everywhere. The new Samsung phone appears to look identical to the LTE version of the Galaxy Z Flip that launched in February. Separately, some key specs of the new Samsung phone have popped up on the Web that suggests even a few minor changes by inmates as well. The Galaxy Z Flip 5G is rumored to come with an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC. There would also be slight changes in the font dimensions.

Tipster Evan Blass has filtered out The video of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G on Twitter. It suggests that there are no noticeable changes to the original Galaxy Z Flip model. However, you will surely get 5G support in the new offer, which did not exist previously. The informant has also suggested that there would be a new color option, called “Mystic Bronze”.

According to Max Weinbach of XDA Developers, the only change between the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and its 4G model is the presence from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC in the first over the Snapdragon 855+ in the second. He too mentions that there will be an “insignificant amount” of changes on the part of the dimensions. The new phone will basically be 0.5mm thicker and 0.1mm taller than its existing version.

In addition to the new leaks, a Galaxy Z Flip 5G support page has allegedly been list on the Samsung Hungary website under a model number SM-F707B. This is notably the same model number that appeared on a Geekbench listing last month.

The Samsung Hungary site does not reveal any details about the Galaxy Z Flip 5G. However, it suggests that the new phone is coming in.

Samsung will hold its Galaxy Unpacked event on August 5, where it is expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 20 series. At that event, the South Korean company is likely to showcase the Galaxy Z 5G.
