Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday (February 19, 2022) made an ode to Maratha empire founder Chhatrapati Shivaji, who was the empire’s founder, on his birthday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Shivaji’s exceptional leadership and focus on social well-being had inspired people for a long time.

PM Modi has taken to Twitter and declared that his administration is committed to implementing Shivaji’s plan.

“I bow to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on his Jayanti. His remarkable leadership and focus on social welfare have inspired people for a long time. He was inflexible when it came down to defending principles of justice and truth. We’re determined to fulfill his ideals,” PM Modi said in a tweet.

In addition, on Twitter, Vice President tweeted, “My tributes to legendary Maratha warrior king, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on his birth anniversary. Known for his undaunted courage and exceptional warfare strategies, Shivaji Maharaj was a ruler ahead of his time. His love for our motherland continues to inspire every Indian.”

In 1630, Shivaji was praised for his bravery, military genius, and leadership.

Chhatrapati Shivaji is considered to have invented innovative methods.

On the anniversary of the birth of the legendary Maratha soldier, Goa CM Pramod Sawant and a host of others pay homage to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Shivaji Maharaj was the first to realize how important it is to establish a navy and was subsequently dubbed the father of the Indian Navy.

In the same way, he revived the traditional Hindu traditional political practices along with court conventions.

Shivaji also advocated using Marathi and Sanskrit instead of Persian in the court and administration.
