Street Fighter 6:  A strange countdown clock from Capcom came online. Many speculated on what it might be about. Many speculated that it was about Resident Evil Village DLC or that Capcom would announce its official announcement of its Resident Evil 4 remake. 

The most popular belief was that the announcement was Street Fighter related since scheduled it to occur after the conclusion of the Capcom Pro Tour. 

This was indeed the case, and the announcement turned out to be Street Fighter 6.

Street Fighter 6 More Info Coming Soon Summer

Street Fighter 6 announcement followed by a trailer featuring Ryu Luke and Ryu. Luke. It appears that the game is headed to a realistic style of art this time. 

The gameplay was not shown, but Capcom has announced that more details will be available later in the summer. This year is the 35th anniversary of the Street Fighter series.

Street Fighter V initially received an unsatisfied response from fans because of the game’s lack of content and a myriad of bugs and glitches. Its popularity improved when new updates were released and released in the Arcade as well as Champion editions came out. 

This evening, The company also announced Capcom Fighting Collection, the classic Capcom fighting game.

  • Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge
  • Vampire Savior: Lord of Vampire

  • Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition
  • Red Earth
  • Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix (Pocket Fighter)
  • Cyberbots Full Metal Madness
  • Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo

Capcom Fighting Collection will launch on June 24th on the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
