15 People were killed in a mass shooting South African bar.

According to PTI, a mass shooting at a bar in the Soweto neighborhood of Johannesburg left at least 14 people dead. At least three victims had severe injuries and are in the hospital.

Police said they are looking into claims that a gang of guys entered the pub late on Saturday night in a minibus cab and started shooting at some customers.

On Sunday morning, police were retrieving the remains of the slain and looking into what had caused the mass shooting. The one other wounded person and the three seriously hurt people have been brought to Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital.

Lt. Gen. Elias Mawela, the police commissioner for the Gauteng province, claimed that the quantity of ammunition discovered at the site suggested that many persons fired shots at the guests.

The first inquiry indicates that these individuals were having fun at a bar that was licensed and open during the appropriate hours, “Mawela informed the Associated Press.

People attempted to flee the bar when they suddenly heard several gunshots. At this time, we don’t fully understand the motivation behind why they chose to target these particular individuals, “explained he.

You can tell that a gun with a large caliber was employed, and it was firing at random. Mawela told The Associated Press, “You can see that every one of those folks was trying to escape out of the bar.
