5 People Arrested for selling Remdesivir at Rs 45k per vial in Nagpur
Five people were arrested in Nagpur, Maharashtra, for allegedly selling Remdesivir, a key drug in the treatment of COVID-19, at 45,000 rupees per vial, police said on Saturday.
After receiving a tip, a trap was set and five people were arrested Friday night and seven vials of the antiviral drug were recovered from them, Beltarodi Police Station Inspector Vijay Akot said.
They have been in police custody until April 26, he added.
