Floods and landslides prompted by the state’s constant rains have impacted more than 6.62 lakh people across 27 districts in Assam.

- Around 2.88 lakh people are impacted in Nagaon district, followed by 1.19 lakh in Cachar, 1.07 lakh in Hojai, 60562 in Darrang, 27282 in Biswanath, and 19755 in Udalguri, according to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority.
