The athlete, who shared an exercise video in full costume in the role of Kratos in God of War and has gone viral.
Santa Monica Studio’s wildly popular 2018 soft reboot of the PlayStation-exclusive God of War franchise has spawned countless memes and cosplays years after its release, as proven by this viral video in 2022.
The game made appearances during CES 2022, where God of War‘s PC version footage was displayed.
It was uploaded to the God of War subreddit, r/GodofWar The eight-second video contains numerous images of the weightlifter dressed in the full Kratos costume.
The first segment of the clip features the bodybuilder performing an impressive deadlift that’s sufficient to stretch the bar.
A closer look reveals seven plates on each side and could add up to 675 pounds.
The second image shows the cosplayer in the toilet using his smartphone and sporting a replica from his Leviathan Axe at his side.
The Kratos actor is Bradley Martyn, a prominent YouTuber know for his fitness videos.

The video is sure that it will make heads turn and can observe by the group of spectators. Who appear in the mirror in the beginning section of the film.
Martyn can pull off the stunning cosplay with the YouTuber’s body, similar to Kratos’s physique. God of War protagonist himself.
Discussions on another subreddit called r/Fitness have discussed ways to build the body of Kratos, and the general conclusion is that it is an intelligent method of exercises such as overhead presses and rows deadlifts, and pullups, which Martyn is doing in excellent technique on the clip.
Bradley Martyn isn’t the only muscular character channeling their character of God of War recently.
Some time ago, WWE and AEW had wrestlers wearing costumes of Kratos in this same period.
To represent WWE, Tommaso Ciampa appeared as the Ghost of Sparta. And wore Kratos famous tattoos swapped for blue to make it look like his usual outfit.
On the AEW side, Stu Grayson came out in the ring. As a member of the Dark Order team dressed as Kratos with a red tattoo and all.
It’s certainly uplifting to see gaming culture adapted across different entertainment forms.
Just a few days from now, only a few days ago God of War weight lifting video has received more than 2,000 votes which expect to increase much more shortly.
Much information about the highly anticipated sequel God of War: Ragnarok hasn’t been.
There is a rumor that there’s a possibility that the following PlayStation event will release in February. And will hopefully give more insight into Kratos and Atreus, their next adventure.
God of War is available on PS4 and PC on January 14, 2022.
