Akanksha Puri, who is seen playing a pivotal role in Vighnaharta Ganesh, has resumed shooting and has temporarily moved to live on sets. With the Coronavirus outbreak being a massive threat, she feels it is the best decision for now. Channels have been allowed to resume firing with limited equipment and timely set disinfection. Akanksha did not want to risk traveling back and forth and therefore decided to switch for a few days.
Filming takes place in Amgaon and Akanksha says it is peaceful and safe here. The staff take care of everything and make sure to use their PPE kits every time they enter your room. With a team of only 40 people present on set, Akanksha got a ton of chocolates for everyone present and started the first day of work with sweets. He also said that staying on sets is safer than traveling from his Malad residence. His room has been specially renovated with an attached gym and it feels like he’s come home after three months. Although she’s super excited, she says that adjusting to heavy clothing and jewelry after such a long break can take a couple of days.
