Alpine skiing-Swiss Suter takes home the gold medal for women’s downhill skiing.
Switzerland’s Corinne Suter has won her gold downhill for the women’s race at the Beijing Olympics on Tuesday, with a time of 1:31:87.
The reigning champion Sofia Goggia of Italy was 0.16 seconds slower than Suter and won the silver medal, with fellow countryman Nadia Delago claiming bronze.
