The Union Home Minister and Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha held a security review meeting on Friday in Jammu. The meeting was held at Raj Bhawan in Jammu.
According to sources, the meeting is being held in light of the Amarnath Yatra and the planned elections in the Union Territories.

Before the meeting, Mr. Shah gave job applications to the families of dead police officers in Jammu.
As the chief guest at the 83rd Raising Day event of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Jammu tomorrow, Mr. Shah will be in charge.
This is the first time that the CRPF has celebrated its Raising Day outside of the country’s capital city.
As a side note, this is Mr. Shah’s second trip to Jammu in the last five months. Before that, he had been to Jammu and Kashmir for five days.
