The stage returns
Saturday marks the anniversary of a difficult event: the closing of cinemas due to COVID-19. Mumbai-based QTP is marking it with the presentation of one of the most outstanding works in its repertoire, White Rabbit Red Rabbit by Tehran-based Nassim Suleimanpour, performed in English, Hindi and Marathi by Mantra Mugdh, Jayati Bhatia. and Pushkar Chirputkar, respectively. This will be a fundraiser for theater artists who have been affected by the closure. One of the unique features of the play is that there are no rehearsals and no director. A sealed script given to a new performer at each show and then they are alone before the audience. On March 13 at 8 p.m., on Zoom. Tickets are available at https://insider.in/white-rabbit-red-rabbit-mar13-2021/event
