New Delhi, February 16: A Delhi court on Tuesday allowed climate activist Disha Ravi to access the FIR copy and other documents related to her arrest in the Farmers’ Protest Toolkit case.

The court also granted her access to warm clothing, masks, books, etc., and allowed her to speak with her mother and other family members.

According to the court order, Disha, during police custody, will be allowed to speak with his lawyer for 30 minutes and with his family for 15 minutes, every day.

The activist was arrested in Bengaluru on Saturday by Delhi police for allegedly creating and sharing a protest toolkit supporting the Center’s “farmers agitation against new farm laws”.

What is the toolbox, how does it relate to the farmers’ protest?

Ravi, along with Mumbai lawyer Nikita Jacob and Pune engineer Shantanu Muluk, created the toolkit and shared it with others to tarnish India’s image, Delhi police said on Monday.

Police claimed they had sent the toolkit to teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg via the Telegram app, and also “convinced her to take action.” Warrants of arrest without bail have been issued for Jacob and Muluk, who are on the run.
