At a press conference in Chandigarh, Kejriwal said he promised 300 units of free electricity per month for every household in Punjab if AAP comes to power. The AAP leader also promised 24/7 power supply in Punjab and exemption from outstanding electricity bills if his party gains power.
“We will do 3 major works here. First, we will provide 300 units of free electricity to each family. Second, all outstanding household electricity bills will be canceled and people’s connection will be restored. Third, 24-hour electricity will be provided.” Kejriwal said.
