WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden said that it is too early to tell whether Russia will take any steps to reduce its military operations in Ukraine.
But that Washington and its allies will continue to impose tough sanctions and provide aid to Ukraine.

As Moscow-Kyiv conversations continue, he told reporters at the White House during his meeting with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, “We’ll see if they follow through with what they’re offering.”
He also added, “We’re going to keep a careful eye on everything that’s going on.”
