Adesh Gupta, the head of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Delhi, said that the Aam Admi Party (AAP) government in Punjab used the state police force to arrest a BJP leader on the nights of Friday and Saturday.
Delhi’s Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, said that the BJP will fight against his “Duryodhanpan” and “arrogance.”
“He has come back home today. This is a victory for democracy and justice, so this is good. Arvind Kejriwal’s arrogance was broken when he was freed. He used the police force in Punjab to arrest Bagga. “Mr Gupta said this to the media.

In addition, Mr Gupta said that while the police were arresting Mr Bagga, they didn’t give him enough time to put on his turban properly, and they also misbehaved with his father, who was with him at the time.
He said that if it’s a crime to speak out against the injustice to farmers and to ask for an apology for the disrespect that Kashmiri Pandits have been shown, “then every BJP party worker will keep doing this crime.”
“All the people who work for the BJP aren’t afraid of anything. We will not tolerate arrogance and “Duryodhanpan”. We will fight against these things, “he said.
His home in Delhi was reached on Friday and Saturday night after he was detained by police in Punjab yesterday. The family of Bagga could be seen having a good time when he came back to Delhi and came home.
PS Bagga also said the police were dragging the father of Mr Bagga “Tajinder. They didn’t let him wear his turban, which is against our religious beliefs. We’ve asked our Punjabi brothers to speak out against this. Finally, Tajinder has come back. This is a victory for the truth.”
Bagga was taken into custody this morning by police in Punjab. After Bagga’s father complained, the Delhi Police filed a kidnapping case against the team. The team was stopped on the way to Mohali by police in Haryana.
Haryana police surrounded the Punjab police car carrying Mr Bagga and took them off the highway and to a police station in Kurukshetra, where they will be charged. The police in Punjab was held.
Punjab and Haryana High Court, run by AAP, turned down Punjab’s request that Mr Bagga stays in Haryana instead of being sent to Delhi police.
In response to a request from the Delhi Police, the Haryana Police went to a court and asked for a search warrant based on the kidnapping report. As soon as the Delhi police had the search warrant, they went to Kurukshetra and “rescued” Mr Bagga. They took him back to Delhi and brought him to the capital.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, commented on “The Kashmir Files”, which caused a lot of controversies. The Punjab Police filed a complaint against Mr Bagga for making a provocative statement, promote religious enmity, and criminal intimidation.
