Brother of PM Modi Stages Dharna at Lucknow Airport
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s brother Prahlad Modi organized a dharna at Lucknow airport on Wednesday, claiming that the police did not allow his followers to get there.
According to the additional general manager (operations) of Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport, Bhupendra Singh, Prahlad Modi arrived in Lucknow on an Indigo flight around 4 pm.
He sat in a dharna on the airport premises because he was unhappy that the police prevented his followers from getting there, Singh added.
Efforts were made to contact the police and other senior officials for comment but to no avail.
