According to the investigation, the question about the social studies first shift exam was sent to someone else’s WhatsApp in Jamui District. This question paper was leaked from the Jhajha branch of the State Bank of India in Jamui District. Before the exam started in the morning, there might be a possibility that the question document might be leaked and sent to another WhatsApp number. The chairman of the board, Anand Kishore, is believed to have ordered the authorities to register an FIR against the suspected persons. The investigation has been conducted and the police are investigating the matter thoroughly.
According to the preliminary investigation, it is revealed that SBI Jhajha contract worker Vikas Kumar was involved in the incident. Along with this, three other bank employees, Shashikant Chaudhary, Ajit Kumar and Amit Kumar Singh, have found negligence of duty. His role is also being thoroughly investigated by the police.
Legal actions to take against defendants
Board chair Anand Kishore said that in light of the committee’s direction, an FIR is being registered and the police are investigating. Legal action will be taken against any government or private persons involved in this work. The defendants will be arrested, he said.
More than 1,525 centers have been established statewide for testing. These exams will take place from February 17 to 24.
