Buffing a Ton of Exotics in Witch Queen in Destiny 2: Destiny 2. expansion The Witch Queen is just days away from launching, and Bungie is now ready to begin discussing the content Guardians will be able to expect. 

The most recent This Week at Bungie blog post focuses on some of the Witch Queen‘s new content. It focuses on the Enclave location, the new crafting system, and the possibility of customization features. 

One of the areas that Bungie offers details for is a series of Exotic weapon upgrades planned in the Witch Queen, a subject that all gamer in the world of Destiny 2 player is eager to learn about.

The balance shifts. The balance changes Exotic weaponry within the game The Witch Queen starts with a significant PvE boost. Bungie declares that Exotic Primary weapons and Trace Rifles are significantly underpowered and are not worth adding to PvE content compared to legendary weapons. 

This is why Bungie plans to improve Exotic Primary weapons and Trace Rifle damage vs. minor foes by around 40 percent. This will affect all Exotic that uses primary ammunition and includes any secondary effects they can.

A further ten other Exotic guns schedule to discuss in the story of The Witch Queen

Changes include a nerf on Chaperone’s buff radius for passive range. The same nerf also apply to Chaperone’s buff radios. An enhancement to ensure that it keeps on Black Wings even after a restart, a nerf of Dead Man’s Tale’s hip-fire fire rate amplified ammo pickup for Forerunner. And a heightened flailing for the two weapons, Lorentz Driver and Arbalest, due to their power in PvP.

A few minor changes are made; however, more significant changes also implement. Tarrabah, Ruinous Effigy, and Lumina are all getting modifications to increase their chances of being viable within the game. Witch Queen.

 The Scepter of Ager is also available. It overhauled its enhanced mode and Super drain function precisely as they intend.

These changes and many more are coming with the release of Destiny 2‘s The Witch Queen expansion.

 Bungie has teased additional Exotic modifications in the pipeline to be released in “the near future,” probably after “The Witch Queen‘s release. This could be an opportunity for Bungie to hit the reset button for the current meta. They’ll embrace the new meta.

Alongside modifying the existing Exotic weaponry, The Witch Queen will also introduce an entirely new set of Exotics. 

A recently released trailer introduced six brand new Exotic weapons that will be available in Destiny 2.‘s brand new update. However, 3 of these are new Glaive weapons craft by hand.
