Call of Duty will be exclusive to the Xbox: In a dramatic move this morning, Microsoft buys Activision Blizzard for an incredible $68.7 billion in a deal similar to earlier Xbox publisher’s acquisition of Bethesda in the year 2020.
However, the deal was just $7.5 billion and was much more than paid Disney to acquire the Star Wars franchise.

Forbes says the deal will cost an astounding $68.7 billion. More than ten times the amount Microsoft has paid the price for Bethesda and all of its studios.
It will make Microsoft “the third-largest gaming business in terms of revenue” worldwide after it’s all done.
The benefits this deal will bring to Microsoft will get the entirety of Activision Blizzard’s IPs such as Call of Duty, Overwatch, Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and Candy Crush.
This does not include developers like Treyarch, High Moon, Raven Software, Infinity Ward, and Blizzard itself.
Any of these be made Xbox exclusive to consoles as of the year next, and Microsoft promises to offer “as many Activision Blizzard games as we can in Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass” when the deal completed, and all of this is a massive loss for Sony as well. PlayStation.
Is Call of Duty be an Xbox exclusive?
