Cobra Jawan Rakeshwar Singh Released By Naxal
Cobra jawan Rakeshwar Singh Manhas, who got capture by Naxals, was released on Thursday (April 8).
He was captured by the Naxals during the Bijapur ambush last week.
“CoBRA jawan Rakeshwar Singh Manhas, kidnapped by the Naxals during the Bijapur attack on April 3, has been released by them,” ANI said, citing police sources.
“Today is the happiest day of my life. I always hoped for his return. I thank the government,” said Meenu, wife of CRPF jawan. Rakeshwar Singh is now a CRPF camp in Bijapur after being released.
