Cyclone Yash Map Shows Moving towards Odisha, Track and Live Map: Nothing is surprising that Cyclone Yash will hit Orissa and West Bengal again, on the anniversary of Amphan. According to the Alipore Weather Department, the cyclone is likely to hit West Bengal and Orissa badly. Yaas, may landfall on Wednesday evening.

Cyclone ‘Yaash’ is getting stronger and more powerful. Therefore, from May 24 evening, the airflow can reach around 20 to 35 kilometers per hour. On May 25, Yaas speed in Kolkata may reach 30 to 55 kilometers per hour.

In the below Yaas cyclone track live video, you can see the epicenter of the cyclone Yaas. If we follow the center path, it moves towards Balasore, Odisha. And the hurricane just passing by Sagar Island.

In that case, Kolkata will get minor effects and damage than the Amphan.

At this moment, the cyclone Yash is moving towards Orissa. Perhaps, the epicenter of the hurricane won’t hit Kolkata directly. In the meantime, the cyclone will become stronger. Further, it may move towards the West and North-West of India. 

If so, then it will hit Kolkata directly on the evening of May 26. The most affected areas could be Kolkata, Haora, Midnapur, North 24-Parganas, South 24-Parganas, and Sagar Islands.

On that day, Kolkata and surrounding areas may be flooded by the heavy rainfall. Cyclone Yaas speed in Kolkata may reach 65 kilometers per hour to 180 kilometers per hour. And, it could be the almost same speed of Amphan cyclone was in the last year.
