Elon Musk challenges Vladimir Putin for ‘single combat as fo Ukraine.
Elon Musk, an American billionaire and the electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, has challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a “single fight” over Russia’s ongoing military offensive in Ukraine.
“I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to a single combat,” the founder of aerospace business SpaceX wrote in a series of tweets in Russian, adding, “the stakes are Ukraine.”
Tesla’s CEO went on to ask if Putin “accepts this fight” and tagged the Kremlin in his post.
Millions of Musk’s Twitter followers have reacted angrily to his posts, with many wondering whether he has “really” considered challenging Russian President Vladimir Putin, a trained ex-KGB commander, and Judo-Karate black belt holder.
“Serious,” the 50-year-old businessman replied in response to the tweets. On the other hand, the Kremlin has not responded to Musk’s tweet.

It should be mentioned that on February 27, Russian troops launched a full-fledged military invasion of Ukraine.
The conflict has now entered its third week. Musk has been using Twitter to express his support for Ukraine.
After network access was disrupted owing to Russia’s military activity, Elon Musk donated internet services to Ukraine. After Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister requested assistance, Tesla’s Starlink internet terminals were transported to the war-torn region.
Earlier this year, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk donated 50 satellite terminals to help restore the internet in Tonga.
Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said that the Russia-Ukraine conflict would have “no winners” and “only losers” and warned that the global economy’s resulting meltdown is causing a famine crisis that is disproportionately affecting the poor.
He emphasized that the death and devastation in Ukraine is getting worse with each passing hour while announcing the disbursement of another USD 40 million from the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) to ratchet up crucial assistance.
