Himachal Speaker Mulls FIR Against Congress MLA
Himachal Pradesh President Vipin Parmar is examining the Assembly rules for filing an FIR against the five MLAs in Congress suspended for the remainder of the budget session for allegedly mistreating Governor Bandaru Dattatraya.

The president suspended opposition leader Mukesh Agnihotri and four other members of Congress, Harsh Vardhan Chauhan, Satpal Raizada, Sunder Singh and Vinay Kuma for the entire budget session until March 20 in a motion tabled by the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. , Suresh Bhardwaj.
Parmar said some members of the opposition tried to detain the governor, who was accompanied by the chief minister, Jai Ram Thakur, as he headed towards his parade after addressing the House.
Parmar said they beat the governor’s back with copies of his address. They also hit the hood of the governor’s car, he added.
Previously, MLAs in Congress created an uproar in the House during the Governor’s speech. He then moved to the last sentence after reading a few opening pages and said that the entire speech should be considered read.
