The victory sets the stage for the final with England, which made it to the final for the first time since defeating Afghanistan in the final on Tuesday.
India Captain Yash Dhull scored the highest score with 110 runs, and Shaik Rasheed scored 94 runs when their third wicket team of 204 got them to the 290-5 mark.
In reply, Australia was bowled out in the 42nd over, resulting in just 194 runs.
Jack Nisbet was the most popular among the Australian bowlers, with 241.
India was 37-2 when vice-captain Rasheed at the midpoint, joined Dhull.
Dhull scored one run per ball but threw out the ball was after four overs, and Rasheed has dismissed the following ball.
Australia’s loss to opener Teague Wyllie in the 2nd over, and then after Corey Miller was out for 38 and his team was 71-2; their resistance started to fall apart.

They’ll be facing an England team that is also unbeaten in the tournament and fighting to win their first title in over a quarter of a century at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium on Saturday.
