India is Not Confirm in the World Test Championship Yet

The results of the first two matches of the four-match Test series between India and England are 1-1. The third Test of the series was a day-night test and in this Test, Team India defeated England by 10 wickets to take a 2-1 lead in the series. With that, India has reached the top of the points table of the World Test Championship.

In other words, playing in the final of the World Test Championship is a kind of certainty for India. But now it is not certain that India will play in the final. England may stand in the way of India.

Whether the Giants play New Zealand in the final or not will depend entirely on the outcome of the fourth Test of the series. Until the results of the fourth Test are available, it cannot be said with certainty that the Giants will play in the Championship final.

The fourth Test between India and England will start on March 4 in Gujarat. If India wins or draws this match, then India will go straight to the final of the World Test Championship. However, if England beat India in this match, then England will return to parity in the Test series and Australia will move up to number two in the points table. In that case, Australia will play New Zealand in the final at Lord’s. So who will India or Australia play against New Zealand in the final of the World Test Championship?

That totally depends on the fourth Test match of the series. However, cricket experts hope that it will be virtually impossible for England to turn around so soon after losing the third Test. In that case, India will win the fourth Test match and Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane will reach the final of the World Test Championship.
